After the anthrax attacks, A scientist named Bruce Ivins, was accused of creating Anthrax in his lab and sending it out to the people. But, he comitted suicide before he could be put on trial. This is a case that has been looked at for 7 years. In 2003, many sources said that Anthrax was a trademark of Saddam Hussein's biochemical weapon programs. But as of August 6, 2008, it was declared solved by the FBI.
